Nevada Can Not and should not recommend to over turn Khan Peterson and this is why

dumbass, Mosley was a partner in GBP and a Good friens of oscar when the accusations broke out over him, Oscar decided to let it go for these reasons, he never bothered to dispute the decision legally, where as khan and his people are already in the process of doing this,

secondley, Nsac have RECOMMENDED that the decision be overturned, they have no authority over it as it was not in Nevada, its up to the washinton commision, and i think thaey will overturn it.

Should the fight be ruled a no contest with the belts bieng reinstated back to khan and Lamont bieng banned for the minimum amount of time neccaserry?

Yes I agree, the drugs cheat should be allowed to keep the belts and his win should not be overturned - this will not only help patch up the sports rotten, corrupt image but also sends out the correct message to other boxers and athletes, not to mention young kids wanting to get involved with the sport. They should overturn the decision and make it a NC. Peterson has yet to explain himself, and why he failed to notify the commission about his testosterone treatment beforehand, so its Petersons fault.

 

Well one reason they can't over turn his win is bc he never failed a post fight drug test. He has legal ground to stand on.
