Never a held title,but a champ in real estate

    I never got a shot for a championship, but don't fret for me as i was a champ in real estate when i retired..Who was I ?

    Wills had property. So did Conn, though he had the title.

    McGrain, Harry Wills it is...After retirement Harry Wills owned a lot of real estate in Harlem..He was very comfortable after he stopped fighting,
    unlike his great rival Sam Langford...
    I once saw a tall gray haired Harry Wills as a spectator at stillman's gym
    in the late 1940s...Tall ,slim and distinguished looking...
