Seems like Nader started all the beef, so fair enough for Soliman to come back with this type of garbage I guess. I still think both seem like good blokes, but at the end of the day there's a fight to sell and it won't sell by exchanging niceities.

Yeah, but Mundine sure was pure cockfight against Soliman in that secon fight, fresh of the Green victory. Make no mistake about it, the Sammy that turned up that night was the same one that took p4p top gun Wright (at the time) 12 rounds in a level fight, but Mundine destroyed him.

Then the injuries came. Hopefully Mundine can get back to that, if he does, and he can get the right fight he will be great - he is an awsome attacking fighter when in that form, just deadly. Mundine has not taken much punishment in boxing, but as an athlete he has been around for 15 years (was on bench against Brisbane in 93 GF) so its a long time.

I think Mundine is finished at the top level now and he knows it, since the second soliman fight he has done pretty much nothing and only reason I can think is the eye injury is worst than he is letting on.

If so mundine should just give it away.

is it realistic to suggest that a Daniel Geale V Soliman contest will happen one day?

I think it would be a great fight, but i cant see Geale goin for it, Sams on the slide, and doesnt bring much to the table imo.

That is never a solid reason not to fight. if the money is right and the fans want it, it will happen.
