OK glad we cleared that one up.
I don't know how well he is doing, sorry to hear that.

Really though, where is my log or were you mistaking my old ones for current ones?

No problem, and I say again I was pretty weak, but we all start somewhere!
Now I don't consider myself strong exactly but I am getting there.

Yeh definitely agree with you. For example i can often pull rank on my mate as such because he will say something and i can say yeh i tried that for a while and it didnt work. Where as he can say the same thing only that he ready an article.

However i guess my point is not to prejudge or make your mind up based on someone not being the strongest or most athletic person in the world

In hypothetical world for example patch showed me a log of yours and it really was pathetic. Yeh sure it would make me think hmm thats a bit strange however it wouldn't detract from all the other posts iv read of yours which have made sense and are obviously true. How would you know its true by using more than one source!

Im probably not making as much sense as id like im really tired and apparently i cant read either :nut

I do agree with Mr Small on one key point

As fun as this has been , its just been a huge misunderstand with just about everything he put blown way out of proportion and then out of context

Cheers again Mr. Small, its just confusing cos ive looked at vdoes of "perfect" squatting technique online and they always seem to have straight backs at the bottom of the squat.

Im glad youve all managed to settle your differences and come to amicable terms on my thread.

I know what your saying Johnny Boy i feel like i should be a dick to him just so i dont feel too much like some of the guys when a professional boxer is posting ina thread but hes just too helpful.

I can vouch for the value of this. My trainer had us doing 3-4 3 or 2 minute rounds of this, sometimes hitting a bag instead of shadowboxing. It works. The main benefit is that you learn to keep your head and your form when you're exhausted and about to go down (yes it can be that bad if you go hard enough). You can get a bit dizzy and disoriented but you learn to function through it. You will never be as gassed in the ring as you will doing that workout, provided you don't cheat. On top of that it gets you in great shape, but mentally it's a huge help.

And you NEVER do it before anything else. It's a finisher for the end of your workout. And you can't do it every day because I don't care who you are, your legs can't handle it.

I don't believe he could pull 500lbs without ever doing deadlift before.
