They don't compare ..Foreman was what 50 when he did it ..Marco was just the man at 130 before he was robbed against JMM ..

yeah, it was quite unexpected but come to think of it barrera and morales were among the two biggest (size and also status) fighters he have fought so it would be natural that they are relatively harder puncher compared to manny's opponents at lower weights. also barrera have good KO ratio.

I just hope in a rematch he can put his punches together to stop Manny in his tracks ..He's twice the fighter he was when they first met ..

Can he beat Pacquiao? Maybe, but probably not at this stage in his career. Pacquiao, like Junior Jones, will hold 2 wins over MAB.

True, but never turn your back on rational thinking either. The type of performance he would have to put forth to beat Pac...does he still have it in him? I can't see it happening.

Should have been "underestimate". Sorry, just trying to add numbers to my post. I do not want to just put emoticons. But well said. In boxing, anything can happen.

I for one is not underestimating MAB. He's one of my alltime favorite fighters.

Knowing that this might be his last hurah . . . this guy will come in there fully ready and prepared for battle. The only questionable point in him now is the ability to withstand and recover from the punishments.

A 50/50 fight for both. And I won't be suprised if he can sneak in a decission win.

I will go on record as saying this, that if Barrera beats Pacquiao he should be considered the greatest Mexican fighter...ever...even better than JCC or Finito Lopez. I think he has a great chance, hopefully Pac comes out slow like he did in his last fight. Thus alowing Mab to build an early lead, of course Pac will come on in the late rounds but he will also open himself up to the sharp counterpunching of Barrera.
