This content is protected I was having a look for a pair of boots and came across these. Personally I think they look decent but a lot of the other Adidas ones look much better. Even the older Olympic ones look way better. Obviously I don't know what they perform like but they look kind of strange. What do you guys think of them?
They're just soooooo expensive & why did adidas only make em in red Just can't justify paying nearly £200 for a pair of boots that don't even look good, I'm gonna wait till reebok bring out their boxing boots, which will hopefully be soon
Yeah, I'm thinking of getting a pair of the 2008 ones if they come down in price closer to the Olympics.
So would you say it's not worth the £140 or so? Althought I expect them to come down in price a bit they are still gonna be expensive. I'm thinking either the 2008 Adidas or the Adidas Tygun which is much cheaper or the Nike Machomai. Haven't fully decided yet.
I got the Tygun 2 in blue which are pretty good. Still think the Tygun 1 are the best boots, only problem is they wear down too quick.
Nike Machomai's are good boots but they're not very durable either, the 2008 adidas adistar wrestling shoes are supposed to be good but really hard to find nowadays
Machomais are awesome. After I got my Showboxers I gave them to a friend of mine who can't afford boots, and I regret not getting another pair!
I don't think they look bad at all, a lad in our gym has just got them and they actually look pretty good.
