Yeah mate up to 80KG now... I did over 3 weeks worth of gym in about 10 days whilst away on cruise. Just because you have so much time to kill and I couldn't drink all the time or I would have died hahaha. I haven't really put on any fat though which is good. Thinking about getting on the tribulus (spelling) which apparently helps increase your testosterone levels (naturally though unlike steroids)... I think Musashi makes it.
