No the 1 on the Cotto card is from the Philipines.
The other guy Rafael Concepcion (same spelling) is Latin American. Panama to be exact.:good

There is heaps of Top Rank Prospects that could be future world champs in my eyes, most will be :yep - Giovanni Segura, Mike Alvarado, Bernabe Concepcion, Urbano Antillon, Peterson Brothers - Lamont & Anthony(especially).
Also you have guys like Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., Yuri Foreman, Jesus Rojas, even someone like a Jesus Soto-Karass may get a shot 1 day too.
