When Kegsy puts up this weeks fights, just pick who you think will win, either by points or stoppage, and put a joker on the fight you think is a sure thing. You'll start at the bottom of the table with whoever is comming last, but not to worry, each season is only 12 weeks long anyway.

Dekkers - What on earth are you doing! If you are on 43 points you are winning ie put your name on the top! All respect to Kegsy and Maco_187 but simple facts are that 43 > 39!

I got 4 of 5 this week, with forbes screwing me.
Also i picked Wrong by picking rivera over santos.
But picked right with andrede over mack.

I was thinking that if McCline would have beaten Peter that anyone picking that outcome should have deserved more points on account of McCline being such an under dog. Possible in the next competition we could attach odds to each fighter winning so it encourages to people to tips in terms of the payoff for picking a long because under the current system people are encourages to tip the safe bet and even if they get it wrong it doesn't impact their relative standing as most of the competition tipped the same way. My idea would spread the field out more and result in a greater diverity of tips (and more debate)

 

True we should definitely have some sort of brainstorming thread in preparation for next season, since the only thing we can really do at the moment is pick tricky fights to tip on to make things more interesting. I should check out Amsterdams comp again and see if there's something worth stealing

I agree Kegsy the Medley match should be in. just means everyone has to get there picks in early. Before Friday 5pm Eastern Standerd Time.
