    Correct mate.
Look at how they brought along Kelly Pavlik as well.

Same will be done to Victor Ortiz on Cotto undercard.
Great match making by Top Rank, putting him in with former champ Carlos Maussa.
If he wins that well he will face WBO Champ Ricardo Torres early next year.:deal

Juan Manuel Lopez has been brought along quite well too. Watch him to step it up next year, as well as Chavez Jnr.

Yeah i have been very impressed with Povetkin too.
I see him gewttingpast Byrd, but i cannot pick him to beat wlad.

    haha,
Yeah a year ago or even after the judah fight, if i was Cotto's manager i would never have put hm in there with Sugar.
But after watching alot more Cotto fights, i feel this is a good time to fight Shane. Although i still feel shane can win and has a great chance, also was the favourite imo. I am picking cotto to win.
But it really is a pick em fight.

I know after the fight everyone is gonna be saying Sugar is old, cotto has no chin, i predicted this and that lol.

But i am really looking forward to this fight. Pavlik Vs Taylor and this have been the ones i have wanted to see.

i see all you guys are picking Povetkin. What is it, do you think, he has after only 13 fights to warrant your vote? Or is it that you think Byrd is done? Not judging anyone, after all Povetkin would be firm favourite, just want some opinions on the fight :)

personally, i think Povetkin is a good all around fighter with an excellent amateur career. But i feel he hasn't been tested. I personally think Byrd's defence will frustrate Povetkin and cause him to try and brawl; and perhaps Byrd can simply outbox him like he did against Tua

Im sucked in by the hype, but i saw a pic of him today with some chicks, and he looks like a little *****!!! no muscle and soft and ****, so i hope like **** he can box well.

:yep the guy looks soft - which might be ok if he was big but he isnt

and Byrd struggles against bigger guys like Wlad seems to do well against smaller guys like Tua and even Holyfield to some extent

the only reason i picked povetkin is not for the hype but the fact the fight is in germany, where over there the judges can play big tricks on fighters by giving out huge rorts, plus the crowd will not make a sound when bird lands a punch but if povetkin does theyll roar and stuff even when he misses, its a big factor i feel....
