anyone like to bet an avatar over the kessler/calzage fight, obviously im taking calzage anyone that thinks kessler will win bring it on? 2 weeks sounds fair as its a close close fight???
Willful thinking has me backing Kessler all the way. Calzaghe vs Lacy - Lacy had no plan other than the KO, no jab, no counterpunch and came straight onto Calzaghe's punches. Kessler has a top rated jab that will keep Calzaghe honst, Kessler moves well and can counterpunch Manfredo - what a non event, bull**** stoppage. Manfredo put up no fight so I can't rate Calzaghe on this performance but if he throws wide wild punches as he did in this fight Kessler will KO him Bika - tougher fight than was anticipated by all. Kessler has spared Bika and Bika apparently was not in his league Veit - similar style to Kessler but Veit has no chin which Kessler has a good chin. Veit does not punch with any power compared to Kessler. I think people are looking at history but failing to see why Calzaghe won and comparing his performance to the strengths of Kessler relative to the opponents that Calzaghe beat. Calzaghe may well win if he proves too fast and quick for Kessler but Kessler is the real favourite for this fight
Kessler - Points - Joker Marquez - Points Guerrero - Points Brock - Stoppage Cameron - Stoppage I'm going to miss the fight. Have to ****ing work.

I wish some of you would understand that Friday has never ... In 200 amateur bouts and 20 something pro fights .. with the likes of Lyachovich , Ibragimov, Povetkin ,Whittaker , Guinn.. plus 1000's of sparring rounds with Tyson , Lewis, Lyachovich , Samuel Peter, Chagaev, both Klitschkos, NEVER.. been on the floor from a punch , not an 8 count.. Not a standing 8 count or a slip.. In the Ibragimov fight in Atlanta 2 years ago Friday actually dropped the current WBO champ twice before clashing heads and having the referee call a halt to the fight because of a nasty cut.. In 2003 he dropped Mike Tyson in a heated sparring session to the extent of the sparring being called a halt to.. In 2004 he put Ruslin Chagaev on the deck and almost through the ropes in Tocco's gym whilst training for a Naba bout..( i was there for that session and Ruslin was completely out of it with his eyes rolling.. A stoppage would be very rare.... A first in fact.. If shane gets a stoppage i would respect that.. Just thought i'd mention that smal fact.. God bless...:good
Good post, and the exact reason why I highly doubt a stoppage victory also for Cameron. I think Camerons power is over rated anyway, and against the world class guys will become much less of a factor.
