    I love it they have to sweat even if they dont want to, yesterday my kid dropped another guy sparring with a nice left hook, I have been trying to get him to use that more and he is now seeing that he actually has a good hook:good

    I'm not making fun of you man, just that phrasing. :lol: I don't think many people are "cool" with USAB these days, we deal with them.

    Does Cypress park have anything to do with Cypress hill the group? Haha sorry dumbarse here.

    I like the clubs rules, i wish we had that kind of discipline here. It's all health and fitness/boxing club here so the culture is very mixed and diluted.

    Yes he went Roy Jones Grizzly for this tourny, he will have to shave but we are staying grizzly for the next couple weeks.
