    That suspention (if suspended indefinitely) means, in fact “Until you renew your right to fight in our area”. Usually that means that a doctor from that commission needs to clear the boxer to fight again. So, until the fighter cares to do that, he will be suspended over there.

    In the case of Loma, it’s not indefinitely but till a certain date. So, it’s just that different doctors see things differently. Those doctors from the California State Athletic Commision thought that for Lomachenko to fight before this date would be a mistake. But Loma was allowed to fight in the UK (by doctors from their local “commission”) because it’s a big fight.
