So in other words you cant prove it. So you resort to Mafia like name calling and intidation :-( Must be hard having low self esteem Morono, why dont you wipe the Dorito crumbs off the front of your shirt and go outside and try to make friends. We'll nobody is claiming Zuffa is a caring sharing organisation. I tried to join forces with you in bitching on the internet about MMA's corrupt organisations like M1, but you refused to except the reality of message board rumour. We dont need a biast, M1 apologist schill like you on our team Morono, especially one who's obsessed with Brock Lesnar like you are plainly. M1 took a 100% of Fedor, and gave him back 8.5% of nothing, cant you see M1 are leeching of others too? And you call your self an Ultimate Fighting fan. I bet you dont even watch Strikforce or DREAM when they fight UFC Now that Ive exposed you for being an M1 schill, go and troll another forum with your bias and lies. http://forums.foodservice.com/?fid=0&token=0 See you later Zuffa hater. Coe back when you are ready to bring MMA back to the people, not being a blatant M1 moron
Ive given you many examples of the UFC how they operate. Its you who cant PROVE that Zuffa doesnt have their greedy fingers in this book. Morons like you who take message board gossips especially from an ex employee who got fired (because he tried to do a dodgy twice) regarding M1's corrupt dealings. What ive provided you IS AN ACTUAL government investigation and a current legal stouch between the government and unions VERSUS the Fertitta's. Can you not understand the difference between gossip and an actual real life government led investigation? Your very thick in the head arent you? Fedor is an M1 employee, he works for M1, he also has a percentage ownership of the promotion. Obviously as the co-promoter M1 would get the bulk of the money. M1 guaranteed Fedor $3.5 million per bout, a small fraction came directly from Affliction, big deal afterall Fedor WAS NEVER an Affliction fighter. Tell me if Fedor was being ripped off then why is he staying with M1? Why did Gegard want to get the same deal as Fedor? why didnt Fedor get discarded by M1 after two straight losses (like many Zuffa fighters from UFC)? why is M1 fighting the current court case now that affected Fedor and M1? and finally which other fighter has a sporting complex and also has a large ownership of a promotion? TELL ME you ****en douche. **** off you Zuffa zombie. Im a fan of MMA, the sport that idiots like you call ULTIMATE FIGHTING!!
The burden of proof is on you, actually back up your clais for once. And Im talking about proof relating to the book, not some food union dispute. Ok I'll take your point about message board gossip, so I'll just leave this here "You can deal with UFC, I know that they have flexible contract system. All these talks about ‘strict’ contract terms with signing with UFC, come ONLY from Vadim Finkelstein, who wants to push his own business projects through Fedor’s fights." Alexsander Emelianenko http://www.cagepotato.com/aleksander-emelianenko-still-chasing-ufc-dream/ So that's two people with 1st hand knowledge of M1 saying they are leeching off Fedor. It's very nice that Fedor has an 8.5% stake in a Sporting Complex, which was built by M1 with the money they got for earning 100% of the best asset in Russian MMA, namely Fedor. What 8.5% does he own, the showers? Ok do me a little favour, go back and post the last time you discussed a fight on here, please, Im curious. While you are doing that, I'll just leave this here. And if you had a GENUINE interest in MMA instead of just scanning the forum for the word Brock you would have seen this And thisOriginally Posted by Stoo This content is protected No my opinion is never trust ANY promoter to give you the truth or let ethics get in the way of a $$$ But, to humour you I'll rank them Scott Coker Dana White Vlad Finklestien And this So you are wrong yet again Morono when making claims about me
Hey Monaro, It would be nice to get you to chime in on my MMA Credibility thread: http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=323338 A lot of people, including myself, are putting Fickelstein last, but admittedly neither myself or others may be as informed about he as you are. It would be nice to hear your thoughts. :good Personally for me, one thing I am bothered by is that there are not as many Eastern European figthers coming over to Japan and US, and M1 seems liek the org responsible for them.
Theres a video of Vadim explaining why that is on youtube. Its basically how Pride welcomed and sought out other fighters while UFC in particular is very American audience focused. Pride's feeding ground was basically the top fighters from other promotions whereas Zuffa's feeding ground is becoming more and more its TUF (where fighters are already exposed to American audiences). Pride even sought out UFC champions to fight its champion (Dana lost a lot of money in a bet with the Pride boss but never paid up ). UFC has put clauses in place in their contract where current champions CAN NEVER fight outside the UFC i.e. Randy Couture v Fedor. WAMMA would have facilitated better fighter exchange, sadly it was not to be. The main stumbling block was Zuffa. M1-Global and the other promotions were keen for this to happen and all sign up to it. Fedor has stated that he doesnt care much for belts, EXCEPT FOR ONE, his WAMMA belt. For Fedor and Vadim this belt is precious because of what it tried to do. Currently only Fedor Emelianenko and Shinya Aoki hold a WAMMA belt. This content is protected M1 have tried very hard to get its fighters in American TV's this was why they co-promoted and why part of the contract had a clause where half of the fighters come from M1 fight and the other half from Strikeforce (in the prelims). This didnt eventuate because Strikeforce reneged on the first event (the filled it with SF fighters) and on the second event M1 had visa difficulties (because of a recent visa application changes). M1 is still pushing for this though with or without Strikeforce, when they struck a deal with Showtime. As for fights in Japan, well M1 did explore this but it didnt take off. Japan is still having difficulties of its own and arent really keen on doing anything else apart from keeping its head above water. M1 though have sought out Asian fighters of its own to fight its Eastern European, Western European and American fighters. They do hold Selection events in Korea with Korean and Japanese fighters. [yt]LrQMwNrZfB8[/yt] [yt]_JEHvbXH7Ws[/yt] Hell, M1's Asian ring girls even reminds me of Pride's ring girls. This content is protected
No Stoo, its you who have to back up your idiotic claim. Ive provided you with other examples of 1) Zuffa's money grabbing exercise where anyone that uses UFC, Ultimate fighting, their fighters likeness, and even the fighting moves themselves are being sued by Zuffa (irrespective of them being done independent of the UFC) Ive also shown that your A-Team example is a bunch of garbage since the A-Team NEVER once used any terms licensed by Zuffa. They didnt have anywhere in the film that splashed x and y actor as fighting for the UFC or show and of their UFC scenes. Ive also shown you the greedy and mafia like behaviors of Zuffa that is currently being investigated and holding MMA back in some states in America. All you provided is "the book is independent", as if thats any barrier to an infringement lawsuit. Flexible contract and UFC? Now your really drinking the Zuffa cool aid. -Dana White reneged on a bet with Pride boss -Pride will continue to exists (Not) -Strikeforce business as usual (Not) -Randy fighting Fedor (Not, UFC took Randy to court to prevent him fighting) -Fedor fighting his third Affliction event (Not, UFC had a clause that really didnt want this to happen) -Rampage happy with his contract (Not) -UFC co promote? (Not) -Flexible contract (Not especially with the championships clause, likeness clause) -Fighter free with sponsorship? (Not, sponsors need to be approved by Zuffa and pay Zuffa a fee) SO STOO, YOUR TALKING OUT OF YOUR ASS AGAIN! I wont even care to list the number of people with bad words to say about your boyfriend Dana White and his two sisters. So again STOO, name me another fighter with a 8.5% ownership of a major global MMA promotion and name me another with a sporting complex. The guy also has a lifetime contract, win, loss draw or retired. No other fighter has this type of security.
I would love to see an M1 vs Strikeforce showdown, but I don't know that the quality of the M1 fighters is there to compete like that. There would also be an issue wether they fought in a cage or a ring. I could be wrong about the quality of the M1 fighters, but like you said, there is no venue anymore to compare Japan vs. Europe vs. USA vs. Brazil, and it does not look more likely to happen with Zuffa in control of SF.
