    Not according to Eubank, according to fact dude - Collins pulled out of the Collins-Calzaghe fight with 11 days to go and retired!! Eubank stepped in late.

    I remember meeting Eubank in Brighton when he was in his prime and still unbeaten. One of my mates ran into a shop to get a pen and paper for his autograph and Eubank came up to us and said with his lisp "hello boys how can I help you". Was pretty funny. We told him we wanted his autograph and then he opened up his car door (was a 4x4 thing not the lorry he's renowned for) and gave us each a kind of signed postcard which had a caricature picture of himself on the front dressed in tweed and wearing a monocle. He then shook our hand and went on his way. Top dude although a little strange!

    Collins would later on come out of his 2 year retirement to fight Calzaghe but would collapse in training and then retire due to a brain injury.
    A fact Calzaghe and Eubank forget to mention
