meh the quantities are actually quite large if it makes it seem any better, with this "diet" i didnt set out any calories or anything so i just eat more when i feel hungry e.g if im still hungry after my rice and chicken il get another plate, all be it a smaller one. And mr Small last question: what do you think of the porridge one or two?
two! not sure why Bumpy said thats for an 8 year old girl, for a 60kg guy who isn't trying to get bigger that's absolutely fine, and if it was to get bigger just add more calories from carbs and fats, simples.
i was exagerating but i was around 60 kg not long ago and wasnt to bothered about weight gain and was eating alot more than that but i guess everyone differs
i used to box , and at the time i kept myself as light as possible , its since leaving boxing that ive decided to gain weight , my coach would have been against putting on weight though yeah
yeah ive been told like i said its coincidental that i chose that day but il switch up the chicken breast with salmon, egg etc. Thxs
It's a lot better than what most people eat, but with that being said, you are still depriving yourself of some necessary vitamins and minerals that would aid in your training, recovery, and everyday life. I can probably pinpoint at least 10 vitamins and minerals that you will be deficient in or completely lacking because of this diet. You are also overdoing it on the protein shakes. The bodybuilding world has horribly influenced too many people into thinking they need this ridiculous amount of protein to look and feel good. I would start with RDJ's nutritional thread. You can easily make your vitamin and mineral requirements in 3-4 meals and still do your protein shakes for the other two if you wanted too, but I personally think it's a waste of money; one protein shake a day w/fruit would be good and people on a budget could easily use half a scoop instead of a full scoop to get in a good amount of protein (20g+ with milk). You can also make all your daily RDIs with natural food and ONLY 1500 calories, before someone complains about how you need to eat a ton to do it or eating healthy costs more; which isn't true. This doesn't mean you need to omit your favorite foods and drinks. I don't really believe in that, you need to live life. A multivitamin is not needed and is not a replacement for real food. For example; if the only source of Vitamin E you get in your diet is from a multivitamin or a processed item like packaged oatmeal or a sugary cereal, that's not good. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear but learning a little bit about each vitamin/mineral and the effects they have on your body will get you on the right path. Right now your body won't perform at it's peak potential using that diet. As for your workout - List the type of exercises that you enjoy doing (as well as the available equipment you have) and that will help everyone to give you suggestions for a program that you might want to do. You should also have a goal besides fat loss or weight gain. Examples: run 5K in under 20 minutes, do 50 pullups, perform pistols and one-arm pushups, deadlift 50% more than you can do now, etc.
Enjoy has nothing to do with it! il do what ever i need to get physicly stronger as well as fitter stamina wise. I enjoy the sport and i enjoy winning so if the excercises help in any way il do them. 1500 calories.. i know im trying to lose some fat but that little calories is not enough. Thanks anyways
