1500 calories would most likely not even cover your BMR, which is basically what keeps you alive. You'll have very little energy, be very hungry and some people develop emotional problems such as depression. With such low calories for your body to use, you're taking it somewhere it doesn't want to be, and it'll fight back. Not a good idea all round.

Thanks virus. I was told i should try to eat that amount for weight loss but the cardio i do burns around 800 cals by its self :S . Have any amount you would suggest?
Use http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm as a rough guide to work out your calorie needs. You may need to consume a few hundred more calories if you're training as hard as your above post.
