    Technically Carl didn't have a clue. From the training alone you can see that Robert McCracken has prepared someone mentally but not technically. Hunter prepared Ward mentally and physically and technically!

    Agreed. Virgils mind games were a waste of time thanks partly to Frochs brothers **** talking. Not that he would have bothered Froch anyways.

    Interesting to see the difference from Abrahams dressing room. He really wound them up, with aforementioneds brother almost pleading with him to stop.

    Did anyone notice Frochs lass rolling her eyes when Virgil was commiserating Froch after the fight? She was very petty.
