    "was" now sadly. Cant believe how quick its all gone, remember doing press for Froch v Dirrell fight - Picture in my avi. What a legend Froch is in defeat, no excuses no bull**** and even finds time to crack some Curb Your Enthusiasm.

    Yeah I really really appreciate Froch. An absolute breath of fresh air for British Boxing.

    Haye and Froch were talking the same talk years ago on the BBC (I want to fight the best/Beating the best is more important than money/titles etc). Froch was actually true to his word and deserves UNLIMITED respect for it. He will get infinite respect now from me.
