    1. What test did Pac refuse?

    2. Floyd has a history of not fighting the best in his weight.

Its a negotiation ploy, So when he does agree to 50-50 he can then say that he made a concession in the 50-50 split so Pacman needs to make a concession about blood testing.

If Mayweather says he wants more then 50-50 and no cut off date. Mayweather can then fall back and say okay I will give into the 50-50 split, but you have to give in to the no cut off date or 14 day cut off date.

It don't even matter what blood testing detects or not either. I don't think Pacman is scared as much of being caught with steroids as much as having his blood taken. The efforts need to be put in to break down the impact of the blood testing while training.

In the 24/7 they need to put a lot of focus to show the public how little the effect blood testing has on a persons training or ability to fight on fight night. With so many people probably going to watch that 24/7 Mayweather could really take over the PR battle and put huge pressure on Pac.

    ...so does floyd.

The difference was that Manny tried to lose the weight, the Fraud didn't.

    floyd is a clown hahaha

there is no cut off date anyway , all boxing drug test are already random to the day of fight.

floyd walked away from a 25 million dollar random urine test, because all of a sudden after his marquez fight urine was no longer viable. Maybe cus he saw marquez drink his own **** and it freaked him out lol!

Floyd, Where are your balls ????

Floyd has been KO'd in the PR war here.

And he's added comedy and ridicule with his hilarious comments on comparison to Martin and Malcolm!

Excellent boxer, but What a completely ****ing laughable little man !

Pacquaio is my favorite fighter, bar none. I am not a fan of Mayweather. I think they both are about equal draws but since I'm biased towards Pacquaio UI do feel that there's more buzz on Manny in the US than there is Floyd, but that's opinion and I think they're pretty much equals in this country. I'm pretty certain Mayweather vs Mosley will outperform Pacquaio vs Clottey on PPV, but I also believe that if it was Pacquaio fighting Mosley and Mayweather fighting Clottey, Pacquiao vs Mosley would do better PPV than Mayweather vs Clottey. Floyd will loudly proclaim himself the bigger star if his show does better than Manny's, but that's going to be about who's matched aginst Mosley or Clottey in either scenario.

Since Mosley has agreed to random testing, proving that debate wasn't just Floyd ****ing around in negotiations or trying to get out of fighting Pacquaio. Mosley's agreed, so now I'd hope that if both Pacquaio and Mayweather emerge victorious this spring, that Pacquiao would agree to the random testing and they would do the fight and help clean up the sport of boxing. It was my hope that Team Pacquiao would give in on that demand and the fight could happen with the terms agreed to in December. But Floyd now backing off the 50/50 split and wanting what sounds like 65-35, the fight's dead in the water. No way in hell does he deserve 65-35 vs Pacquaio, no way in hell. After the sports media and the ESPN panel ignored Floyd's upcoming fight with Mosley and JUST wanted to talk about him fighting Pacquaio, even Floyd himself, for as ******ed a self image as he has, has to know that he doesn't deserve 65-35 vs Manny Pacquiao. He's entitled to want that, but the boxing world knows damn well he doesn't deserve that against Manny Pacquaio.

Floyd will have earned the right to request random testing, Manny has earned a 50/50 split clean down the middle.

Looks like Floyd will have to fight THE very best in every fight from now on to have any chance of maintaining his quest for a "legacy". I bet Pacman will continue to fight nothing less than the very best on his way to a legacy worth its weight in the P4P list.

Lets face it,Mosley is not what he was. Im still hoping to see a good fight, but floyd is a slippery customer who doesn't like getting into a fight very often.

Well Pac is fighting Clottey which is almost laughable and Floyd is fighting Mosley who's a legend and ATG. Floyd has the bigger balls fight here without a doubt and beating Mosley will mean a lot more than pac beating Clottey. If both men win Floyd will be up on Pac.
