1 as long as it does what it is supposed to do, its ok.
2 urine is the proper way to detect EPO, never blood. HGH can be detected by blood but as of this day, not one have tested positive.
3 what demands? 50/50 is but fair. penalty when coming overweight is but a gurranty that the fight would push thru even if one goes above the contracted weight.
4 did Pac demand for bloodtest?

Did you read the post before that?

The poster I replied to said if Mayweather-Mosley does more than Pac-Clottey then Pac cannot demand 50-50

Yet Pac-Cotto did more than Mayweather-Marquez and the fight was 50-50. Under his logic, Pac made a concession taking 50-50. If mayweather is not willing to do the same after the Mosley fight he clearly is the one not wanting the fight.

Well we disagree here, Mayweather gave-in all the pacquiao demands from weight penalty to glove size to agreement on the 50/50 split....mayweather asked for drug testing...People act like floyd said no to everything and didn't want to negotiate ANY terms, that is simply not true....

The person that dug-in on random drug testing was Pacquiao....Even this issue floyd negotiated...Floyd originally asked for USADA, and he retracted that....then he retracted blood-testing all the way up to the fight....then pacquiao offered 24 days, floyd countered with 14 days.....It was floyd who was more negotiable from the get-go.....

Do I think it was dumb to ask for the drug testing in the first place? Yes....but it was negotiable......Manny decided to walkaway from the largest money making fight in history over random drug testing....Say he took the tests....Win, Lose, or Draw....his legacy as an ATG is very much intact, and he walks out with an extra cool 40 Mil.....clearing his name in the process

    1) What does that even mean

    2) So just because no one has before means it can't happen?

    3) Simply trying to make sure the fight in legal in all respects

    4) No he walked away

it means that request for bloodtest is logical and supported by facts.

Mayweather will continue to knock off the top guys after Mosley and will create his own legacy. I don't think Mayweather cares if the historians rank Pacquiao higher because that's all opinions. All Mayweather can do is keep fighting the top guys and knock them all off.

When you say Mayweather "needs Pacquiao" that's completely wrong. Right now he's fighting the WW champ and will only add to his legacy.

Pacquiao will always be remembered as the guy who declined one of the biggest fights in boxing histroy, declined 25+ payday, declined 14 day window for a drug tests. Those are facts.

Well I disagree, I think Manny's concession of random testing up to 24 days before and a test after the fight was enough, especially as I believe he is innocent and did not need to agree to any of it. Mayweather would only accept up to 14 days before.. and we'll leave it at that.

And Pac's legacy is still very much intact. If Mayweather wants a piece of it he will smart in doing everything he can to make the fight. No-one can possibly rank him ahead of Manny, even if he beats Mosley, P.Williams and Pavlik. Manny is his ticket to where he claims he wants to be.

There are no prime ATG fighters available to Mayweather other than Pac.
Likewise for Pac Mayweather is the only prime ATG available to him. The fact Pac has already built his legacy puts the pressure firmly on Mayweather to make the fight. He does need it more. And seriously, no-one will remember why the Pac-Mayweather fight didn't happen. There are two sides to the story negating each other and it will all get fuzzier and fuzzier as the years go by and then no one will care to remember. What people will do is see that Pac fought everyone he was supposed besides Mayweather, and Mayweather did not fight many fighters he was supposed to including Pac and make up their own minds.

Concession of 24 days? The only reason it came down to 24 days because it was found on video that he took blood 24 days prior to the Hatton fight.

Much of that is true, I just don't see it as a case of ducking like many on here make it out to be, if it was just ducking....why is floyd still vocal about this fight not happening....While arum and pacquiao has brushed it under the rug so to speak....

Mayweather could care less if manny is ranked above him...niether guy has anything to prove at this point....I blame all the parties involved for it not happening....just a little more on pacquiao...for me 24 days is not much different from his original offer of 30 days out from the fight, unlimited urine(which dr. catlin, who some say is the modern father of anti-doping, says random blood is better then urine, yet nobody on team pacquiao wants to quote this guy)...14 days was really a middle ground offer, it would be practically in-between both sides original offer.....seems fair to me....

but it is what it is.....both guys will go on, and probably win, while making money in the process....also too boxing will go on to prosper

He was supposed to fight DLH? That fight was the biggest sham in boxing. It had no relevance whatsoever. When Mayweather beat DLH it was for an official belt.

Let us get something straight here.

PBF had no choice but to fight Mosley or he would be considered a wuss forever.
