Pacquiao's team were the ones that backed out of the tests after agreeing to them, if the fight doesn't happen, it's because of Pacquiao.
Floyd has a solid point, why would Pacquiao run away from a 30+million dollar fight just because of a test that you initially agreed on?

These statements won't hold. Floyd wants that Money and he wants randomized testing. Pacquiao doesn't have much of a choice but to accept random testing and a reasonable cut-off date if he wants this fight to happen. Question is does Team Pacquaio want this fight and how much pride are they willing to give up in order to make it happen?

 

Why didn't Pacquiao accept the tests then like he did originally?

the thing is, i am torn about my thoughts on this......i really, really want to see this fight as i am sure everyone else does. i also truly believe that mayweather prices himself out of fights sometimes and i wish he would just step us and show us the talent that argue it if you want, he really does have. he is spectacular at what he does, but immature and selfish at the same time. but, i also sort of agree with him. if your not doping you should be testing, there is just no reason i could possibly think of to say no to millions of dollars because of a test you claim you are innocent of. i actually completely agree that drug testing should be more strict in every sport to keep things fair by those playing by the rules.

 

How can Pac refusing a test mean Floyd is chickening out. that really doesn't make sense.
