Got to love the irony of how he says "Hopkins should face a better challenge like Chad Dawson" instead of fighting Roy Jones on PPV.

No real irony - he just faced the P4P #2 and a guy that he saw (in his eyes and most eyes) beat Pacquaio twice in two fights.

Your leaving out the fact that the #2 p4p fighter is the lightweight champion of the world who fought Pac at 126 and 130lbs. That hardly legitimizes him as a credible opponent at 147 against the self proclaimed G.O.A.T.

Yet, Floyd fought most his fights between 130 and 140, is not a true 147 pounder himself and was coming back from a two year layoff against a guy that many believed beat Pacquaio, who is currently considered #1

And he didn't beat Marquez because of the size difference. He beat him because of the skill difference, a boxer as good as Marquez getting dominated by counter punching, defensive technique and the ability to land precise shots? That was a statement.

Like it or not, 1 million people agree with me.

    Agreed.

Some fighters move up in weight and are incredible. Who's fault is it that Marquez couldn't handle having extra pounds? He was #2 P4P cause he's a great fighter, but personally I was hoping he'd put on a better showing at higher weight.

Yet he had a 5 month training camp and failed to make 144 lbs and looked like a JMW the night of the fight. That excuse is no longer valid as it should be clear to everyone now that he has settled into the weight.

Unca Roger and Floyd Sr. reality show is the best thing he said in that interview. I won't miss and episode of that.
