Deontay Wilder, Tyson Fury and Denis Boytsov.

This are three heavyweight prospects. Wilder is 23, Fury is 21, Boytsov is 23. How do you see their future and the future of the heavyweight division? Remember that, while Wilder and Fury have 6 or 7 fights, Boytsov is already in The Ring's Top10.

Don't forget: Francesco Pianeta (24), Manuel Charr (24), Travis Kauffman (23) and Andrzej Wawrzyk (21).

After Klitschkos retire the heavyweights will get even worse....its gonna be a dead division.
Although I hope that Boytsov and Wilder could make some noise....something tells me that neither will. Wilder is technically not all that great...and Boytsov doesnt have good conditioning and doesnt seem to be consistent.

Its going to be Chambers and Povetkin battling it out. But we need a dominant, explosive guy.

Pianeta certainly is not going far above where he is. Very lazy fighter, that Abraham technique will only carry him so far when his power isn't so great. I thought Sosnowski should have got the W over him, but either way it was extremely close and should rule out Pianeta as a great hope.

Fury looks unco-ordinated to me. He's like a gangly mess. The only things he really has going for him is handspeed and youth, maybe he can get better. As it is he just looks sloppy and the beneficiary of poor opponents rather than being great. Not convinced about his power, defence, stamina, there are so many questions to be answered.

Boytsov is far ahead of the other two as you noted. He clearly looks the best at this precise moment but I wouldn't put huge amounts on him dominating the division or anything. Might become a decent contender but I don't see the potential to be better than Povetkin is right now.

I'll be interested to see Kauffman for the first time tonight, and I don't recall seeing the others you mention.

Intersting guy from Russia called Magomed Abdusalamov, He's only had 5 fights all of which ended in the first round. Got a reputation for being a murderous puncher dating back to the Russian amateur team. Haven't seen him fight, but I'd be interested to hear from anybody who has.

    Pianeta aint going anywhere.

Pianeta is like Sexton, Rogan, Sosnowski level....Maybe even a tad worse.

Grzegorz Kielsa and Adam Kownacki are Polands biggest HW prospect alongside Wawrzyk

The sad thing is that highly skilled Cuban Odlanier Solis could´ve been on that list, had he not been a 250lbs whale... he should be 220lbs, tops. He has excellent defence, very fast hands and puts his punches together really well, but because of his (over)weight has no footspeed at all, low punchout put and little power for a top heavyweight. He´s quite similar to Eddie Chambers actually, except that he hasn´t shed those extra pounds.

Wawrzyk seems to have some talent though needs some work. I think he has a future if managed and trained properly. However he did go 10 rounds with Bonin...

You'd think a guy of his size could really bang :-(

Another one I'd watch out for is Newfel Ouatah. He's French-Algerian who fought for Algeria in the Olympics. I remember watching him and thinking his style would suit the pros. He's 6ft6 and has a good jab. Made his pro debut earlier this year and fights again at the end of this month.

Look at this amatuer fight in 2001,

    Odlanier Solis vs David Haye

I won't say who wins, but i will say it's a great fight... and just look at how fast Solis was there.
