No way Scott is top 15. He has one win from last night (scored a draw) that was against a non top 15 fighter. thats it.

 

Because the only vague argument to place Haye over Povetkin is something ridiculous like "becuase Haye beats him head to head". CV wise recent and all together puts Povetkin clearly ahead of Haye.

 

Since Haye moved up to Heavyweight he has been more impressive. Povetkins wins over Eddie Chambers and Chris Byrd were over 5 years ago.

How many of your top 15 actually have wins over top 15 fighters? Arreola, who you rank at #6, has not beaten anyone near Glazkov's class. Nor has Solis.

Ruiz, Valuev and Chisora were all top 15 when Haye beat them. Povetkin has only beaten Chagaev in the last 5 years.
