The 145 limit has nothing to do with this fight. I'm merely pointing out the misinformation that Pac's camp forced the 8 ounce glove size, this was already in place. Arum has no more influence with NSAC as GBP (Negotiating on behalf of team Mayweather) does.

And your bit - "They changed the rules to host his fighters", this actually goes in hand with what was said in Ricky369's post "The point here is, the different boxing organizations have to take charge and test the athletes."
If this was handled behind close doors as was originally agreed to, it wouldn't be in the crapper. If they had an issue with the drug testing, they should have talked with NSAC before going public, perhaps they would have been able to come to an agreement, resulting in an amendment to their policy.... who knows?

But once it was made public, it turned into something ugly.

Of course they agree to what Arum asked for, just like they agreed to Floyd's request. Or did you even read about that>

How come everytime you hear a member of Mayweathers camp speak they are all saying "were trying to make this fight work" and things along that line..

However, any time you hear something from the pac camp its nothing but mentioning other fighters? and how manny is going to walk from this fight..

I truly believe manny doesn't want this fight..

    can't change the boxing rules?

last time i checked 145 wasn't the cutoff for WW.

last time i checked, titles for a weight weren't forcable put on the table for a catch weight fight.

last time i checked, PBF would also be subject to the same tests.

Last time i checked, it would be an independent organization administering the tests, not team mayweather.

see, that's the thing. fraud is trying desperately to create the illusion he wants the fight. sure to the stupid and ignorant, it's working.

but Pac simply wants the fight, he's not trying to make it look like anything. he doesn't need to.

fraud and his handlers have always been about lying, deceiving, being a hypocrite, talking out of both sides of his mouth.thebest team in boxing. But HBO knows the truth - that floyd is the one doing the ducking.

If the Mayweathers are really trying to make this fight, just drop their olympic testing demands and all is set. Pac is not using any roids anyway. Do you agree?

Again. Why does Manny Pacquiao has to agree to Floyd's requirements???
Floyd can ask whatever he wants. Why does Pacquiao needs to agree???

This is simple. Manny can make money without Floyd.
Floyd could make money without Pacquiao.
I heard Mosley was looking for a fight

Oh oh it looks like GBP might of caught a big fish in Dr. Don Catlin. Dr. Catlin is the emeritus of Olympic style testing yet even he spinning. For instance, he admits no one is getting caught using HGH but he fails to admit that its his lab's blood tests that have failed to catch anyone. He also fails to admit that he is presently working on a urine test that should work better.

Furthermore, would HGH even be the boxer's preferred enhancement?

Dr. Don Catlin:"You need blood tests as well. You have to understand the context here. Drug Testing goes on all year round but all year round they are not testing two of the best fighters in the world who are going to be going after each other. That makes it very different more like THE OLYMPICS. When we go to the Olympics in another month there is going to be a full lab for blood tests and urine tests and everyone is going to be fully prepared to do the best possible testing. That’s what I would say ought to go on for a bout of this magnitude.... Urine and blood tests and the menu of things they test for should be as full as it can be and even fuller than that. Some broader wave. Tests need to be random and unannounced. Keep in mind we now have a Growth Hormone test but it hasn’t caught anybody. People are not terribly excited about a GH test that doesn’t catch anybody. They don’t know whether that is because the test is not good or because no one is using Growth Hormone. Well, no one believes that no one is using Growth Hormone. You have to go after the blood. The things you are after in the blood are Erythrpoeitin (EPO) and the whole family of drugs like it. You have to use blood tests if you want to detect Mircera and HGH."

don't leave out the last sentence of his quote and only focus on HGH
