Morales and JMM come to mind. JMM definately hurt him in the 2nd and 8th round of their fight(the second one). Since then is when he has been bulking up and has not seemed hurt at all. So it does raise some eyebrows. If he isnt doping then what the hell is the problem!?!?!
I dont understand seriously. Why file lawsuits and avoid a $40 million payday.

It all doesnt add up. It just seems to suspicios. And you know what i actually want Pac to pass the test because i dont want boxing to get a black eye from this fiasco.

It also had to do with the fact that Pacquiao was dying to make weight in his second fight with Marquez (15 pound rehydration), and that the obvious plan after that fight was to move up. He also hasn't bulked up all that much. He came into the JMM fight weighing 145, and into the Cotto fight allegedly at 149, and he only walks around between fights in the low 150s.

Also, you can tell that he was hurt after the Cotto fight (just look at Pacquiao in the post-fight media sessions), but he did a good job of hiding it during the fight.

That was the last sentence of that quote. There has been almost 10,000 Olympic blood tests screening for HGH yet no one has been caught using HGH.

Here is another quote by Dr. Catlin:"Boxing has never done anything like this (Olympic Style testing). If its business as usual (Current testing in Place) you just might as well forget it. I think it’s marvelous (Possibility of Olympic Style testing). It’s about time. Nobody believes boxing is clean. It’s not."

Again, Dr. Catlin fails to admit that this testing would also contribute heavily to his pocket book. This guy is even taking control of PED screening in horse racing

We'll as to whom is really wanting the fight and whom is not:

If not for the crazy blood testing asked by team floyd, the fight should have been signed, isn't it?

Now that team floyd had demanded additional testing, if PAC has agreed to it the fight should have been signed, isn't it?

Now let's try to dig deeper.

Remember this additional test is not mandatory for a professional boxing match. Pac has the option of agreeing to it or refusing it. If it was what is duly required and mandatory then pac don't have a choice but that's not the case.

Remember after annahilation of hatton by pac, floyd sr accused pac of being on roids which was very laughable floyd being the trainer of hatton besides not having any evidence. floyd sr. had retracted his statement when team pac planned to sue him that time. After pacs dominant win against cotto wherein floyd sr was in attendance, he again accused pac of being on something and even said that he wouldn't advise his son to fight pac.

According to Ellerbe they never accused pac of juicing. Verbally, maybe yes BUT by asking additional random drug test they're buying into floyd sr accusation of being on roids. Why make such demand for nothing? Does that thing just came to their minds? This clearly shows that they impliedly accuse pac. Such demand is loaded.

If there's no previous accusations of pac being on juice I'm sure pac wont hesitate to agree on this test. It just a matter of principle as for pac. He made his name through years of hard work. He's in the position to dictate terms on negotiation and not be bullied. He has no choice but to accept what is mandatory but not the optional ones.
