Brandon Rios is a baby back ***** trying to argue that he won that fight. Just like Cloud looked like a ****ing idiot for trying to say he deserved to win.

the reason Rios loses his marketability if he takes a loss is because he cant fight in the first place

:yep Expect Uncle Bob to keep padding his record by matching him up with nobodies unless he's already decided to cash his ***** ass out.

There is a right time for a trainer to be be brutally honest with his fighter.
During a press conference immediately after his first defeat is not one of them.

Donaire approaches his fights and style with more tactics than Rios. You have to vastly different fighters with the same trainer.

Though I think Garcia has been overvalued in ESB lately, I don't blame him. Rios fights like his personality - dumb come forward , use my face as a guard. Garcia can probably improve some of his techniques but his style is what it is.

he might be able to do that with everybdoy moving up from 140 to 147 but soon he is not going to be able to make 140 and he will get his ass kicked at 147

I like how Rios does not mention the fact that Abril outlanded him in the clean punches category. Why couldn't you land anything significant when Abril was using the shoulder roll? You landed a few nice uppercuts when he came in; why did you not go back to throwing them? Why did you not utilize your jab like Garcia told you? Idiot. Rios can't accept the fact that his brawling style doesn't always work effectively. I'm a fan of Rios's fighting abilities but I'm completely done with following him as a person. **** personality. Garcia is no better. He knows damn well Rios wasn't following his instructions yet he continues to side with Rios as if nothing went wrong. Garcia has no balls.

Smitty does a great job. He's a friend of mine and I'm glad that he's always honest since that has become a rarity in this sport. He doesn't sugarcoat it and tells it like it is. He actually had four pro fights when he lived in Miami. I feel bad for him sometimes because he has been passed up on a few broadcasting jobs from the major networks. He also does a good job on his show (inthiscornertv.com) and I have learned a lot from his in-ring segments with some of the great fighters. He always enjoys hearing from his fans so if you have facebook add him:

Not if he keeps fighting like that. He does have some good wins though.

Thanks for posting up these vids Cellz831.

Damn Rios is looking like he's going through mental breakdown. I think now he's even starting to think that he deserved the win. I think it would be interesting to see a rematch at 140. That would eliminate the weight issue excuse.

Who the **** can blame Rios for looking like **** when all Abril came to do was hug, and hold Rios' left arm?

You guys are a bunch of blind fools.

I didnt see the fight. But his holding of the left arm was the result of the outcome?
