Weren't you one of the posters who used that argument : That GGG outworked Canelo, that Canelo only fought in spurts ? That's why GGG won right lol. The same argument can be used for Canelo vs Lara. That's what you call "Triggered" ? It's a valid point.

Stop worrying about what anybody on the other side of the aisle from you said that was plainly wrongheaded and using that as justification for your current wrongheaded position. FOH with this whataboutism.

That isn't how fights are scored. You can not summarize 12 individual frames of RBR scoring (each round viewed and parsed in a vacuum, as it ought to be) with a summarizing fragment of a sentence like "so and so outworked whatsisface" or "bumpkin landed the harder shots than palooka".

FYI You took exception to the claim that Canelo outworked Lara. I could say the same about your summarizing fragment of "outworking doesn't matter if you're swinging and missing". So what is that supposed to mean, that Canelo was just swinging and missing all night ?

You're preaching to the choir as you're talking to somebody who's gone out of his way to discuss specific rounds in great detail countless times on here, involving timestamps and pointing out the best clean punches in a round to generate a detailed discussion about who deserved to win rounds.

By and large Canelo did outwork Lara by coming forward by landing body shots and landing power punches as opposed to countless light ineffective jabs and weak right hands while running away from Lara. And no, Canelo wasn't just swinging and missing, that's obviously not what outworking means, and outworking also doesn't mean just throwing more punches. Outworking involves getting inside, using head and upper body movement, digging in body shots, throwing hooks and uppercuts with conviction when youre opponent is just standing up straight and using his reach, which doesn't involve as much "work". The way Canelo fought Lara was not identical to but somewhat similar to how GGG fought Canelo in the first fight, (only with less impactful power punches, among other differences) , and was not dissimilar to how Canelo fought GGG in the rematch by outworking GGG Mexican Style as the fans demanded.

Ya can't beat Canelo by decision unless you are Floyd. Even then it was only a majority decision. The Mexican mafia own the sport in the US.
