    Edison who????

    OVER RATED

The Taylor fights were immense for Pavlik but fact is he's fighting Hopkins for no real reason and wants Calzaghe......this I don't understand........plenty of defences to be made/fights with MWs and SMWs that would be far more exciting

Pavlik is in too much of a hurry

Miranda...the guy who was "the most ducked middleweight in the world" and the guy was a super favorite over Pavlik.

He wants Calzaghe because Calzaghe is a top 5 P4P in the world. He wants the best obviously. Hopkins gave Calzaghe a tough fight...and if Pavlik manages to beat Hopkins in more impressive fashion than Calzaghe did, he can get a fight with Calzaghe.

Pavlik wants the best obviously...it's why he's more or less set up to fight Abraham in Jan.

Hmmmm even so Miranda turned out to be not as good as most thought....obv I'm using hindsight but Hopkins and Calzaghe should be off Pavlik's radar so far as he is 26 and could build a legacy as a great MW

By the way who KOs who first if Pavlik vs Abraham becomes a reality!!??

They have to be on the radar since who knows how much longer those two guys will be around.

If Calzaghe retires next year, he's screwed out of a fight..so he has to push for it while the guy is still around. Same thing with Hopkins.

He and Abraham are young so if anything, Abraham should be on the backburner.

Calzaghe will hopefully retire....did you see how poor he looked against Hopkins???

Pavlik is too young and the 10 year age gap seems too big for this fight to be made.....different era's really.....decade apart, Pavlik's detractors would give Kelly no praise for beating a past it Calzaghe just as Calzaghe gets little credit for his Eubank/Brewer/Hopkins wins
