Looks good, I think they're a good fit.

But its very disturbing to see Cotto change trainers so often, certainly not a good thing.

Cotto, is a very smart fighter, i'm sure he's learned great technic's from each and every trainer. I believe Roach will bring everything together for, Cotto...especially the speed and offensive attacks.

Holy Crap! That looks like Miguel of Pre-Margarito I! Did you see the body work? I have not seen Miguel do that in YEARS! WOW!

Also...and Canelo take note: There are some glances of Miguel superb ability to cutoff the ring. I really like what I saw on this video. I really did! :good

    Guerra Miguel!

Roach is claiming Cotto's body shots have made him urinate blood, even with the body protector.

Man, i can't wait to see what adjustments Roach has done to improve Cotto arsenal. He look pretty dam good going to the body and the speed was nice as well.

and he also said cotto should move back down to 147(insinuating that his power and skillset is better with the eight-ounce gloves).

the main reason that miguel went to 154 is because 147 was the home of manny pacquiao and ther was an easier life at the time in jmw as there was no competition.

cotto has done nothing at 154 and that will not change.

lara, vanes, james, rosado, canelo...he loses to them all.

He looks like he's always looked, compare the difference in punch output on the pads when compared to Mayweather or Pac, they both throw a ton more punches on the pads when compared to Cotto, I love Cotto but he always looks like he's going through the motions in training.. that's why he can't up the pace when he needs to & it's why he gasses, if he trained like Pac or Floyd who knows how good he could have been.
