:good I enjoyed watching those clips, thanks mate! Gegard Mousasi is a superb fighter who has a fantastic future (He is only 24 I believe). And, having Fedor as a pal wont harm his progress either, will it?:). I am a big fan of this (already) world class act. And the great thing is, he is going to get a lot better!!

I'll keep hyping this guy up until he gets the full recognition he deserves. Definitely one of the best in the business right now. Without doubt a top 10 P4P fighter in the world.

Mousasi is a beast. I love watching him because he freestyles, perhaps even more than Fedor.

    Mousasi is the truth.

Strikeforce need to get him alot of 205s to fight because this man needs competition as UFC 205 is STACKED!

    Hendo is a start.

I tend to think less of Mousasi than others simply because he doesn't have the chance to fight the cream of the crop light heavys. Babalu, Sokodjou, Manhoef, Hunt and Kang are good names but I can't consider Mousasi the best at LHW (or even #2) until he beats some of the top talent at LHW. Rampage, Machida, Anderson, Rua, Griffin, Rashad... any of these names would skyrocket him to the top of the top at LHW. The UFC definitely has a monopoly on 205.

Only issue is Hendo says he wants to fight Mousasi but wants to stay at 185 for his next 2 fights because he doesn't want to jump about too much in weight.

It's also the way Mousasi is beating those names. Names can't be the only consideration, performance is important too.

Strikeforce have alot of weight shifters - Shields, Hendo, Mousasi, King Mo etc

Well in the meantime hopefully Strikeforce can give Mousasi a couple of credible opponets. King Mo is probablly the best 205er Strikeforce has on the roster that Mousasi hasnt already beat. I know he has only 6 fights but hes won all of them, has a tremendous wrestling background and wins the most of his fights with his KO power in his hands, plus hes made quick work of veterans like Wiuff, Whitehead and Kerr so I think King Mo is dangerous and talented enough to score a fight with Mousasi. If not him hopefully he could get a fight with Paulo Filho or Ricardo Arona.

I might agree with you. He and Jose Aldo are the new breed coming in to eventually take the reigns from the Fab 4 of Fedor, Silva, GSP, and Penn. I'd have the two right behind those guys at the moment.
