complete crap! hamstring curls and large volume for triceps. crazy! Imagine him with a proper strength training program. He looks like your usual skinny white guy trying to get big and doing bad routines. But he is one of the most powerful punchers in boxing today. crazy.
certainly not what i would think a boxer should be focusing on in the weights room, but the results seem to be pretty damn good
i would have thought some olympic lifts and power type explosive weights full body workouts with compound exercises, blasting the tris like that seemed more like a bodybuilder muscle building session for the guns
They are skull crushers not tricep curls but whatever ! lol looks almost like a warm up workout , cant fault his power though but long levers = big punching
