This is plain stupid and man u gat no brain.
Andre Dirrel was obviously robbed.He landed better shots and more shots than Froch.The whole purpose of boxing is to land shots and make sure you dont get hit.There are different ways of doing it and you have the whole ring to do that.
Andre was the faster,more technical and even more athletic boxer.Since when do people get reward for missing the way Froch was missing.He was made to look like an amartuer in there and still got a decision.So bad was he ,his only option was to slam Dirrel because he couldnt land shots.

Somehow some people claim you have to take your fight to the opponent,Dirrel did just that and even hurt Froch.To call Dirrel a chicken is plain stupi,Dirrel is clever

 

its just a joke ....I think Dirrell won the fight by a small margin. When I watch boxing I want to see 2 people fighting and not some dude running a marathon. Dirrell must have one of the least crowd pleasing styles in boxing. He constantly went for the clinch each time Froch came close. Hopefully its a learning curve for him...he did great in the last 3 rounds

 

Dirrel pleases the educated fan.He's fast,techincal and elusive.Boxing is a sport where people engage bodies and brains.Froch couldnt even land shots there,everytime he tried to get to Dirrel the guy was gone 2 seconds ago.Froch was made to look like an amateur and got hit everytime Dirrel decided to.Moving is part of the game that's why people fight in a ring not phone box

I wonder if Abraham felt a sense of urgency to KO Taylor just to make sure there was no problem in the decision with the americans...BTW, I'm american, but you have to be real in here! ... so glad Abraham pulled the KO at the last min.... feel sorry for Jermaine and hope he fully recovers though!

The Irony of these posts are as follows:

A fighter has to fight according to his strength and weaknesses. Imagine malignaggi having a phonebooth war with cotto. Ridiculous huh?

Froch has power so dirrel has to slip and move to avoid the power while attacking whenever he gets the chance.

Amir Khan just did the same thing with a fighter who has pillow power. i.e. Andreas Kotelnik.

Do I hear mass criticism for him employing that strategy? no!

If Whitaker would have stood and fought with Chavez he would have clearly lost.


I agree Dirrell should have attacked more in the earlier rounds because Froch gave him many opportunities. I do think he held a little too much.

Nevertheless I still think dirrell outlanded him and beat him.

Most persons are saying Dirrell deserve to lose because he held too much, ran too much, complained too much and didn't sit on his punches enough and attack in the earlier rounds.

While these accusations are true, no one is saying Froch deserved the win because of anything Froch did, only what Dirrell did not did not do.

It's as if they are penalising dirrell for his gameplan with a loss on his record!!!
