    Nice extremely light sparring session. Foreman is in superb physical shape there and is immensely strong. He's an absolute powerhouse of a fighter.

    Foreman had decent defence, it's a shame he never felt the need to use it. Then again, if anyone had his power and chin combination they would feel the same.

    Thanks for posting this video Rez! it looks as if he was training in New York prior to fighting Pires which was held in Madison Square Garden. I love the Charlie Green fan club Banner in the background!

    The technical reason Ali, Young, Lyle were able to land right hands on Foreman was his poor jabbing technique. Especially for a static fighter bringing back ones jab to waist level leaves the left side wide open for a right counter. Powerful and quick jab but with this glaring flaw.

    Holmes dropped it coming back almost all of the time.

    Absolutely. As a boxer rather than a puncher Holmes was more difficult to nail with rights even though he dropped his jab. However I have always stated that at a high level major defects are typically exploited.
