In this older article about the Mayweather/Pacquiao tie for p4p, it says

This suggest the ratings panel had some input on p4p lists, but the editorial board had the final decision.

But now apparently the p4p list is compiled solely by Chuck Giampa? No mention of the editorial board and it says the ratings panel has no input. I think this is a new change.

I thought they had a panel before. This would explain the unusual movement in this latest P4P. With the panel you would expect some shuffling of fighters already on the list and since Pacquiao remains in the list, no new fighters would be added.

I think Gamboa and Canelo should be a little higher. Both are certainly higher than ****ing Garcia lmao. Top 10 is strong though

Rigo,Gamboa,Matthysse will be on p4p this list soon if they keep fighting/beating top competition consistently as they are.All 3 have better resume then bradley, broner yet he gets 5x the love lol.Damn GB really were over their head in this one. That will make his downfall that much sweeter though. He is good & will be tough to beat but it's very possible. You can't built p4p fighters & expect them to last long.

    :yep

but to be totally honest, I really dont think its a bad idea to start telling Ring how people feel on this.... you cant please all the people all the time, but this is absurd

No one is questioning his talent. But his resume is severely lacking. Mares and Froch belong there ahead of him.

Yep. Broner above Donaire is a total ****ing disgrace.

Based purely upon talent as a primary factor and achievment as secondary you could argue him top #6. But Ring has never based their rankings primarily upon talent. Until now.
