    :think i guess hype sells.
I dont think that Froch and Alvarez deserve to be on that list.

Absolutely ok, I mean if there is still a super boring, last seen 2013, may now retired and not even on boxrec listed fighter on #4 :deal

Defnitly ok to be two spots in front of him :good

What corrupted interests would Golden Boy have to leave Ward in the rankings?

It makes no sense. They can keep him their lineal champ at 168 (as the rules allow 1.5 or 2 years of inactivity before removal), but it's time to leave the P4P list with 1 year of inactivity and no bouts lined up.

So Floyd struggles with and looks terrible against subpar Maidana, and Wlad drops countless times and dominates Povetkin, brutally stops Leapai and demolishes Pulev yet he's below Mayweather.:-(

    He already violated rule #5
So he should already have been stripped early September of this year if they actually honored their own rules. :good

He's somehow considered special. He doesn't even need to fight for them to give him a high ranking.

I guess the clock started after the Dawson fight and it's been 2+ years now, so you're right.

In fairness, they should have also stripped Yoan Pablo Hernandez back in February of this year.

And arguably Wladimir too as there were 2+ years between Haye and Povetkin with no top 5 ranked challenger in between.

And unless something dramatic happens for Rigondeaux to fight a top 5 opponent, his time will come next April on the two year anniversary of winning the lineal title from Donaire.

Yep, that was what I recently said in another post too. He should have been without the Ring belt for a while and only recaptured it fighting the then #2 Povetkin if they stood by their rules.

    Its a dumb rule.
Soon they will have to strip Rigo too because no one will fight him.

Marquez should be a lot lower , just like froch, canelo and ward (due to inactivity)shouldn't be on the list , kovalev and golovkin should be #9 and #10.
