I think by this time next year (IF Usyk is officially retired) it will be either Gassiev or Hrgovic in that top spot. I still feel Gassiev hasn’t shown his best at HW but is the hardest puncher. IF Fury is still better than he showed against Wach… that could change things definitely.

Fury being so high is unsurprising but still comical. This year he's beaten Makhmudov and 80 year old Wach and not looked impressive in either showing (A gatekeeper in Vianello beat Makh worse than Fury and Wach was beaten worse by Itauma and Makhmudov himself). Other than those two he hasn't won a fight of note since beating Whyte in 2022. 4 bloody Years Ago. Maybe Chisora aswell but he already beat him twice before and the trilogy was completely pointless. Shouldn't even be in the top 10 let alone the top 3

I think the top spot will be occupied by Deontay Wilder, after he beats Usyk in March next year. ;)

Moses looked far better in that fight than Fury did in his last fight.

Moses was too fat and out of shape to even walk out of the ring Saturday before nine rounds were even completed.

Fury's never had a problem going 12, no matter how gross and out of shape he was.

Somebody call an ambulance, Moses threw 400 punches and he's dying.

Well he's certainly twice as quick and even if he does gas will be boxing Fury's ears off for the first 7 and no way could Makhmudov have taken all the shots that Hrg took.

He put too much on those 400 shots, Fury doesn't get his whole weight into his punches.

Fury threw roughly 500 punches against Makhmudov. Nobody needed to call the paramedics to carry him out of the ring.

    Moses is a quitter.

Fury put nothing into those shots and many of them were just jabs, it was a boring fight compared to the action-packed pace of Moses vs Hrg, Hrg would have beaten Makhmudov far more convincingly than Fury did.

I found that really strange why they felt they had to be carried him out on a stretcher like that. He didn’t really take any real direct concussive punches. There didn’t seem to be any respiratory problems otherwise they would have put an oxygen mask on him. Sure he was probably exhausted but it was maybe first time ever I’ve seen a very tired fighter especially a 21 year old carried out of the ring on a stretcher like that. It was like they carried him out so he didn’t have to do any interviews or attend any post fight press conferences.

Gassiev is a guy who relies on punching power & physical strength. Cruisers who rely on those qualities are usually less successful at Heavyweight than those with a high skill level. Their physical attributes aren't as effective against bigger, stronger guys. Time will tell, I guess.
