LMAO... there is not a single routine in any of Ross's books that a lazy person could perform... as a boxer you cant go far wrong with his style of conditioning.
Ross is very good at what he does, his **** is incredibly intense. That's part of the problem though, it doesn't cater easily to beginners.
This guy seems to have made a pretty good name for himself on the interweb; kind of like Fitness Celebrity John Basedow. Does he train any fighters that we would have heard of? Whether he has or not, some of those workouts do seem very tough!
You all need to try this if you are into home fitness. Suppliment with your gym workout. http://www.amazon.com/Pit-Workout/dp/B000FP2IQO/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1195733837&sr=8-1
seige, he does show how you can start easy and slowly progress, i doubt many people can do the intensity he does
the fact is guys, there isn't much quality material on conditioning relevant to combat athletes out there. Ross's products are chock full of great info and training programs and aren't overpriced like other known trainers Yes a lot of it is advanced, but cmon , compared to the normal average joe, boxers are superior athletes. If you want training programs for beginners, try a Biggest Losers workout dvd That's why i think Ross's stuff is so valuable, because it does cater for the advanced athlete. Having said that, all of his training programs can be modified for people of lesser fitness to start out with.
Ross Enamait is sick. Just watch some of the stuff he does on youtube. I attribute much of it to his creativity. At least we have now confirmed the existence of superhuman capabilities.
