New sparring video!

    Listen to your coach not a bunch of people online when you have no idea how knowledgable they are.

    Thanks for the input, its all appreciated as im constantly in a state of trying to improve.

    I have been boxing about 2 months in an actual gym, this would maybe be my 20-30th round sparring.

    fitness is the main thing I lack I think.

    Stamina takes discipline. You have a lot of good things to work with. I hope you stick with it.

    Looks pretty good. Overall technique's still rough and your right hook to the body kind of a slap with the inside of the glove by the look of it.

    Instead of focussing on your own attack when the other stops throwing, try responding to his' also (countering).

    Like Bogo said, try to be more explosive. Boxing's all about speed.

    Never forget that rest is just as -or even more- important than training itself. Try listening to your body. Consistently training too much can lead to becoming more and more tired.

    Try to read up on general sports planning/periodization so you can inprove your stamina with the right running/rest.
