Hoya-UK...if my posts doesnt deserve a response, then why respond??? Anyways, many people have stated that lb for lb means that your skillset translates well to other weight classes. Do you agree or disagree? If you agree, then you can't deny that hatton is terrible outside of 140. He beat up an old Kostya and Castillo, but outside of those 2 wins, hasn't done much . Is he terrible fighter, no. Is he a great fighter, no. He is an average fighter who took advantage of an aged Kostya and Castillo. Then he looks mediocre against a b-class collazo and that other bum he fought before paulie. There is no point in bringing his fight up against Floyd b/c Floyd made him look just as overrated as gatti (another b-class fighter)
He fought twice outside of 140. The first time, he won a world title(Cotto later picked up that strap after Hatton vacated it). The second time, Mayweather beat him up. However, Mayweather beats everyone up. So I wouldn't say that Hatton is terrible outside of 140.
ESPNS 10 P4P: 1) PAC 2) JMM 3) Hop 4) SSM 5) Israel Vasq 6) Ivan C. 7) Cotto 8) Rafael Marq 9) PW 10) Pavilik Hatton at 12, Vic at 14 Caballero at 19
i do not know espn...is it done by the panel or done solely by dan rafael??? i hate putting caballero in the top 10 but is it done by a the ring magazine ratings panel and it has credibility when more minds are making up the list...
on espn list, there is no sense in putting campbell in the top 20...he is not even top 3 at 140...there is bradley, pacquiao, hatton and urango guzman and campbell should be ranked outside top 20 for poor performance in their last fight
Uhh Campbell had a good performance against an unknown opponent who proved to be world-class and tough
