    Rafael and Israel need to drop out the top ten both inactive for about a year and both past their best, if some bum comes a beat them he will be higly rated bum not because he achive someting but because he beat and old inactive undeserving top ten fighter.

    Yes Cotto deserve to be there maybe his TKO lost against margo serve as basis for the Ring but definitely he will climb soon. he has all the tools to make on the list and stay there for a long period.
