Hi guys! Ive been going to the gym for a year now and ive gaind a nice amount of weight and strength. But I really want to get into boxing (i have never Done it). I have acces to a fitness gym Where they have heavy bags and i want to sine upp for a boxing club. What do you Guys think Will be a good way to start and do you have a weekly training example? (When to do running / weights / technick etc.) Thanks in advanced
you want to figth? if yes, you need run 3 times for week, i think what you train 3 times for week, so in your trains you do 3x100 abs, and when you do shadow boxing, use halteres 3x3 minutes, after 3x3 minutes in heavy bag, and nothing of push-ups because hardens your nerves, please sorry for my english
