OH man, the clowns here would **** if that happened. It wouldnt be seen as floyd trying to prove anything, it would be seen as Floyd running from Pac, and taking an easier fighter, with yet another too old fighter. And If Floyd even thought about asking Sergio to cut some weight all hell would break loose. Stick around for awhile.:good

So your problem is that Floyd isnt a knockout puncher???

As far as debating with you. pointless because you think that Shane is one 40 and two one dimensional. totally pointless.

On this site, you'll have to quickly distinguish the non-sense critics with the ones that simply bring a critical view at times but without particular agendas in the process.

Floyd is definitely the most talented boxer in the world and his talent easily compares with the best of them through time.

This recent fight with Mosley is his most legit and important win in my book.

The thing about Mayweather was that since he got to 147lbs, and he previously indirectly acknowledged it, he wasn't aiming to test himself against the best possible challenge. It was more about low risk / high reward for the most part.

I see Floyd beating every possible man put in front of him from 154lbs downward but fantasy matches don't count in the history books, proving it in the ring is always all that matters and that's exactly what he did this time around with Mosley, the previous best welterweight in the world !

I hope he will continue to enhance his legacy with the best possible fights in the ring but he doesn't necessarily let that transpire as being his desire too...
