Hello there to all the boxing fanatics! Just introducing myself to the forum coz im kinda new here. Ive been a boxing fan since I was a kid and I used to compete in amateur fights before but stopped for two years due to family issues. But im starting to get myself back into shape recently like 2 months ago coz theres gona be a tournament in april. My wind, speed and strength are slowly comming back but my real problem is my legs. Theyre not as explosive and they really tire easily I was an outside fighter so I really relly on my legs. Any ideas on leg routines to improve explosiveness in my legs? any suggestions and comments will help thanks!

hi welcome to the forums =)

a good way to build explosiveness and endurance in your legs probably wont leave sprints, jogging, and squat jumps

    i would say try this

1 day hill sprints(if its too cold out there do sprints on treadmill at heavy incline)
1 day flat ground sprints(if its too cold again just do it on a treadmill at 0.5 leverage)
1 day jogging(keep it at least 6mph tho)
and of course another important excercise the jump squats try to do it 2 days along with other bodyweight excercises

    good luck on training

Hey welcome. Legs are important, do hill sprints for your wind.
