recently i have had my schedule set up to go with my job ( 2nd shift / afternoons ) i would wake up- run then eat breakfast and relax then do my workouts - off to work . Now as of today i changed my shift and i work overnight and so i would like to change my schedule to waking up running or workout - work - running or workout -sleep. so i guess my question is should i run or workout after i wake up? i am open to any suggestions .

yea my gym is closed till august atm so i workout and do some boxing training right now but not alot of boxing i dont wanna form any bad habits without my coaches around
