According to statistics if you had your left foot in a bucket of boiling water and right in a bucket of ice you should be perfectly comfortable.

What Nonito and Alvarez? Those two puts their punches together, and yet they're both in the top five of that updated list.

My guess for Rigondeaux not being on the list is because he hasn't been involved in enough fights where CompuBox actually kept stats.

Compubox isn't done on all fights. Rigo would be there. Suprised BHOPs and JMM aren't higher

    Compubox isn't really very accurate

Seriously, why David Haye is no longer on the list when he was rated at number two in last year's ratings? You can't just went from second place to all the way out of the list.

welcome to the team of the compu box soldiers. Compu box is an extremely useless tool unfortunately. These are not ****ing amateur fights

p.s. the prove is that Williams-Lara fight looks so close when you look the stats

Because it's percentages, not actualy connects, and haye was in a fight with Valuev where neither threw any punches a round, and with audley, where one guy only thre 1 punch, but i think he connected with it maybe. either way, the stats are skewed, like any stats, based on the variables. Would be interesting to see the results of actual connects. Floyd is still probably number 1 however, but the rest of them would change dramatically.

Duh. Who doesn't know that? Unless someone else can come up with a better way to consistently put up the fights numbers more accurately, then CompuBox is the only thing close enough that we have as stats in our sport.

    Alvarez - Level of Competition.
Nonito - counter puncher and level of competition.

Look up Barrera vs Morales - I would imagine the stats on landed are very high , does this mean they are easy to hit or that the level of competition was very high?

right on! You can make stats say almost anything you want. I bet you could make stats say Haye is better than both Klitschkos combined

Margo - 38% of his opponents shots land on him LMAO!!!

    No surprise there.....

If they landed 1 of 2 punches, that would be 50% lol

Did you feel the need to point out that 1 of 2 is 50%????

    Thank you .

no, but I felt the need to point out how useless percentage stats are in this context. They are not a reliable tool to judge a performance.

    Thank you.
