Mayweather would train in Vegas. Making it legal for him to use while he trains.

Would he have not tested positive for it if he used it before a fight?

They caught DLH vs Hopkins, so you can't say they don't test for it.

    You've argument is null.

Probably needs it for training yes. This proves nothing.

PAC agrees to random blood test with a cutoff of 24 days before the fight.

This particular test for the Clottey fight is a scheduled test. Hope you distinguish the difference between the 2 tests.

IMO, Floyd doesn't need Xylocaine even for training. PAIN is part of boxing and Floyd as a real boxer should suck it up. Endure the pain.

This proves Floyd is afraid/scared of PAIN. That's why he uses Xylocaine. That's why he's afraid to engage and afraid to get hit.

Did you notice how PAC trains? They even inflict pain to different parts of his body.

Yes it will. The whole negotiation is a ploy to derail the fight. If Pacquiao agreed to the tests, mayweather will come up with more **** to demand.

The first excuses were Pacquiao never liked blood tests and he felt week. Remeber Roach, "if it's 5 days before the fight I have no problem with it"

Yeah he would train in Vegas and use it but how come FLoyd didn't want to fight in TX? Does he inject Xylocaine in the dressing room and would come out of the drug test after the fight? Think about that.

    The basis was weak.

    All I know is.

Pac said yes to random blood test up until the day of the fight.

Floyd agreed to the weight penalty, then the drug test became a problem.
