They were okay before too, just to a certain point.
I seriously feel like Arum is the guy who pulled the plug on the 14 days thing and roach went along with it. Maybe arum wanted to cash in on pac 1 more time before a floyd fight.

I agree that Mayweather is not particularly looking out for the interests of others. I'd also agree that asking for the blood tests in a contractual clause instead of taking it up with the commission is wrong.

However, I can't deny that the cause is good. I don't think anyone would be opposed to better blood testing. For Mayweather, all it took was probable cause to hit him in the face. He's just looking out for himself, and of course he's going to say 'clean up sports period' to make himself look better.

If Pac's camp handled the situation better I'd likely be on their side of the fence with the issue. I honestly don't believe he's on steroids, but with their inconsistency I at least have to raise my eyebrow.

You sound like those people who said Pac was scared of fighting Hatton when he insisted on more than a 50/50 split and the fight was almost cancelled.

Of course it's not about cleaning up boxing, at the same time he can't come out and say he wants Pac tested because he thinks he's using PED's as Pac's lawsuit will have a lot more weight behind it than it has now.

So he uses his brain and asks for olympic style random testing so that he will be as sure as he possibly can that Pacquiao is drug free, at least for their fight anyway.

I don't think there is anything wrong with that and if I was in Pacquiao's shoes I would take it as a complement if I was drug free, I would have achieved something that the P4P#2 can't believe is possible and I would have taken the test to show him I was the real deal before going all out to knock him out in the ring.

Instead his widely accepted reason for not taking the blood tests have been proven to be another lie from him, which means he either had something to hide that he thought the USADA would pick up or he saw it as a perfect excuse for not getting in the ring with Mayweather.

I don't think he's taking anything btw but I'm more convinced than ever that Pac, Roach and Arum know that he has little chance of beating Mayweather, so they ducked him to fight Clottey.

It doesn't matter. What TRULY matters is that Mayweather was suspicious of Pac. PBF's request was that BOTH (MAYWEATHER and Pac) take random tests. BOTH, because that is FAIR.

Pac had EVERY EXCUSE imaginable as to why he couldn't take the test, and EVERY SINGLE DAMN EXCUSE WAS CONTRADICTED BY PAC HIMSELF!!!!!!!!!

Suspcion has been around before Floyd Sr. said anything. From fans, and from other boxing professionals. Anyone who has ever been really successful knows that suspicion will be there to receive you when you acheive things very little people have acheived.

Fighters have came out and said that if they fight Pac, they will demand a random blood tests.

Floyd is looking out for himself and his health. That is all Flouyd needs to worry about. Cotto and any fighter at that are grown men, with teams made up of grown men.

Now if PBF decides to be an activist after this experience, then MORE POWER to him, if he doesn't, he is not obliged.

    False, and FALSE.

I need not explain why this last statement of yours is false.

Asking for 51/49 is different than LYING over and over again because you REFUSE TO TAKE RANDOM DRUG TESTS.

I agree with what was said above. Blood is blood. They said anything before 24day's would not give him enough time to recover properly and interrupt his training. I don't care wether he is giving 1ml or 100ml of blood. He's made himself to look a fool

Yeah, I'm not sure why there's as much debate about this as there appears to be. Pac's team said point blank that the fight fell through because they refuse to draw blood sooner than 24 days before the fight. Then this video surfaces that shows him taking blood 20 days before (btw - how do we know it's 20 days before? Is that when it aired, or was this originally live or same day footage?). However you slice it, if we're sure this was 20 days before, then it shows that Pac's excuse is not valid. And you can't really obfucate your way around that by talking about extraneous details like whether it was for PEDs or whether he was trying to make some kind of statement (because "nyah nyah Floyd look at me draw blood for $8 million instead of $30 million" would be a silly statement to make).

I just don't think there's a good and effective way to spin this, IF we're 100% sure that this was footage at the T Minus 20 day mark.
