It only makes Pac look worse than he already was.

I dont know, whats worse him taking a blood test at 20 days out or him sparring 9 rounds the next day?

Or his fans applauding him for this?!?!?!

I think his fans applauding him for it is much much worse.

Pac and his team have given fans about 7 different excuses as to why they wont do the random blood tests, and Pacs fans believe all of them, even when the excuses contradict each other. Down to posters giving us great gems like "innocent people lie too, it doesnt prove anything".

As far as Pac goes, I never get mad at someone for lying. I knew the whole "need 3 days to recover" was bull****. Anybody who has ever taken a blood test knows its complete horsehit. Now I cannot claim for certain that this vid is 20 days before the fight, so Im not on Pacs back about it. But his fans hugging though...

Pac fans are happier that Pac rebuffed Floyd, then they would have been if the fight happened. I think that says it all.

Just confirms his shady ways. Nobody is surprised. This is Pac's game. He is a forked tongued liar.

It's been clear for a while now that Team Pacquiao has been lying about this. Just look at the Morales excuse. Anyone who remembers that fight knows that the big controversey was over the gloves. Pac was not able to wear Reyes gloves and complained about it before and after the fight. He clearly stated that he would've knocked Morales out had he been able to wear his Reyes gloves. Now all of a sudden, after being asked to undergo olympic style drug testing, Pacquiao now claims he lost that fight because he felt weak after being blood tested a day before the fight. How convienient.

But that doesn't make a lot of sense. We all know that Pac is close to retiring. He could make more money fighting and losing to Mayweather than he could fighting five times and winning, because there aren't five big enough names in the welterweight or Jr. welterweight division. After the Pac-Clottey and Mayweather-Mosely fights, the division will have basically been cleaned out except for the last two fighters standing. If there's ever a better time and way for Bob Arum to cash out before Pac goes on to a life in politics, it's against Mayweather.

I don't think Pac is on steroids, I don't think Pac is afraid of Mayweather, I don't think Mayweather is afraid of Pac, and I don't think Arum is afraid for Pac. I simply think Arum hates Mayweather and will do everything in his power to stick it to him or prevent him from doing anything Arum would remotely interpret as bowing to Mayweather's wishes. It's a classic case of two alpha males doing dumb **** to assert their dominance. No more, no less.

LOL at you Pac haters wondering why his fans aren't mad at him.
    Fact 1: Pac is P4P #1
Fact 2: He's never tested positive for anything.
    Fact 3: Pac doesn't need the $

SO, he's the man, and wasn't going to let some big mouth punk like Mayweather make the rules for him. Yeah...Mayweather was going to do the same tests, but it's the principle of it all. Your THE MAN, but respectable to your opponents, you never tested positive for PEDs, your opponents father accuses you of steroids (while your opponent hints around to it), your rich...Are you going to take mayweather's ****? Nope.

All that being said I find this **** funny then. He's just putting it in the face of Mayweather saying I'M CLEAN, BUT YOU WON'T MAKE $ OFF ME. That he's not going to be pushed around. Priceless!

BTW: I still want to see the fight regardless. IF I were Pac though I'd do the same exact ****.

You know the funny thing about this is that when you look at the camps of fans who follow this issue I notice a pattern. Mayweather fans seem to talk about history, facts, and relate them to the present situation. Pacquiao fans are stuck in reactionary mode because every five minutes Pac does something to contradict himself. They are stuck constantly trying to lie for Team Pac.

I am a Mayweather fan, but man if he pulled some crap like Manny is pulling I would have serious questions.
